Recently Lucy and I filled in as teachers for a Tuesday night Bible study class.

First we sang as an assembly.

A kindergarten boy has his hands up hoping the the leader will pick him for a song selection.

Here is Lucy with some of her class.

Here Lucy is teaching the class. Her lesson was on caring for others. The teachers we were substituting for were out because their niece was in critical condition in the hospital.

Lucy got all the girls to make a sympathy card for the missing teachers. She had her laptop there and pulled up the website that told them the girls story. It really caught the students attention.

The sad part to the story is that the the girl died about 30 minutes after class let out. Our thoughts are with the family.
